They paid attention to all the details when evaluating the price of my deceased parents' home, and walked me through each of the steps along the way. They took aerial pictures with a drone, and a lot of great pictures of the inside and outside of the home. The Nielsens were wonderful to deal with. Their professional advice was spot on about everything, from staging the home to not changing any appliances if they are working, since the new owners will invariably change them. But when they talked curb appeal, and suggested painting the front door red, I was a little shocked, but who knew there were so many shades of red! It turned out to be a perfect choice. They are so easy to deal with, and their integrity and professionalism is exemplary. Their aerial drone shots of the house and the walk through video of my home was so stunning that I almost wanted to buy my home!! Allen had uploaded the video in the middle of the night on a Thursday and I thought that was a bit strange. But he knew exactly what he was doing. Early Friday morning, there were 6 offers!! Allen explained that some buyers look for new listings first thing, and sure enough that's what happened. We accepted one of the cash offers for the full asking price. Allan took care of everything - the inspection, the closing where I just docu-signed, and never ever met the buyers. The Nielsens are top notch Realtors and now have become good friends. A top presentation (preparing the property for professional pictures, video, etc.) will likely yield a higher price. Marketing is critical to get the message out to as many potential buyers as possible. Excellent marketing support price and makes for faster sales.
