Bobcat Trail was developed from 1998 to about 2014. The community consists of 557 residences. Most of them single-family homes, and a small section of attached villas.
The original builders included Arthur Rutenberg Homes, U.S. Homes, Fero Construction and Yorktown Builders, with Medallion Homes building in the latter part of the project.

The Clubhouse has been updated in 2018 and the restaurant has a completely new look. This is a great place to relax for a few hours while enjoying some of the great food.
